Prodigal Theatre co-founder Miranda Henderson trained in the UK and at the Duncan Conservatoire, Prague. Between 2002 and 2010 she was one of the Nightingale Theatre’s actor-managers supporting the development of over 100 new pieces of theatre and dance, and hosting a wide range of contemporary performance masters. She is the director/dramaturge of the multi-award winning Tragedian Trilogy and performed as The Duchess of Malfi in ‘Ten Thousand Several Doors’ winning ‘Best Show’ at the Brighton Festival where it’s twice been staged. She has collaborated with Inspector Sands for whom she was associate choreographer on “If that’s all there is” (Brits off Broadway, 2010). She has collaborated with Michael Finnessey and with Lucinka Eisler on her solo projects. She is the artistic director of Prodigal and of the Urban Playground Team. She is currently studying the Diploma in Dance Teaching and Learning at the Laban Conservatoire, London.
